Hello everyone, once again, in the post today I will tell you about a renowned author and ideologue of the discipline of public administration: Max Weber.
Max Weber is recognized in the world of public administration to such an extent that he is known as one of the parents and founder of it. His writings are an important basis of discipline, Weber focused on rationalization as the key to the development of Western civilization.
Max Weber made three major contributions to public administration, which were: the types of society, the types of authority and the bureaucracy system. The first two divided them into three categories each one and these are: charismatic, traditional and rational. As for the bureaucracy, Weber created six principles for this to work properly, and believed that the bureaucracies formed in this way were especially effective in fulfilling their duties, and therefore trusted that the bureaucratization be extended all over the modern world. Those six points remain a useful guide to the characteristics and sense of bureaucracy.

In my opinion, I think it is very important to have this author present in the world of public administration and not discard it when it comes to knowing more about public administration.
